Subject	removing amber in OEM taillights

Message	i dont have the money to front right now, so i was wondering if anyone know how to just remove the amber from the tail lights. I thought i read it here before but i cant find it, and it also had something involving adding strips of tape to make it look like the JDM ones. i checked FAQ and TECH section, but cant seem to find it. does anyone know where else i might have seen this?
